Operational & Liability Costs

• Fuel (unless explicitly stated otherwise in your selected package)
• Traffic fines, penalties, or legal costs arising from violations
• Any damage resulting from improper use or rider negligence
• Recovery or transport costs for damaged motorcycles

Lifestyle & Personal Preferences

• Alcoholic beverages and non-included drinks
• Personal expenses (laundry, minibar, gratuities, etc.)
• Optional activities beyond the official itinerary

Unforeseen Circumstances

• Additional costs arising from force majeure events (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, government regulations)

Yes. A deposit of USD 200 per person is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance must be paid 90 days before the tour starts.

Yes, a USD 2,500 security deposit is required and will be refunded if the motorcycle is returned without damage. This deposit can be waived if you purchase certain insurance packages.

NMT can assist with arrangements, but any additional hotel or personal costs outside the tour schedule will be borne by the rider.

Yes, changes are allowed:

• Free changes up to 60 days before departure
• Additional fees may apply after that
• Participant replacement must be approved by NMT

Unauthorized changes may incur penalties.

Cancellation fees depend on how early you cancel:

• More than 90 days: USD 100
• 90–45 days: 50% of total price
• 45–15 days: 75% of total price
• Less than 15 days: 100% of total price

No refunds will be given once the tour has started.

Yes, standard motorcycle insurance is included (covers total loss only). Additional insurance options such as full coverage, personal accident, and trip cancellation insurance are available at extra cost.

Riders must follow local traffic laws, ride safely, avoid alcohol or substances during riding hours, and are fully responsible for any damage, accidents, or violations caused during the tour.

Yes. Due to operational needs or force majeure (e.g., weather, road conditions, government policies), NMT may adjust routes, hotels, or schedules. Any upgrades will not incur extra charges, while downgrades may be compensated.
